Rules
Sandbagger Committee will be given proper respect and adulation for performing duties required for a spectacular Sandbagger Race. Committee members will remain in secret to prevent tampering and unfair lobbying from all participants.
Significant Rulings
Bailey v. Hawkins
In Bailey v Hawkins, the esteemed Sandbagger Committee proclaimed Dan Bailey was within his Sandbagger rights to modify distances (after puking on mile two of the bike) and was not disqualified from receiving a participation mug however he was punished emotionally after being trounced by Julie Hawkins in that years race.
Bailey v. Volunteers
In Bailey v Volunteers, the perfect Sandbagger Committee unanimously agreed with the volunteers that no volunteer signed up to see anyones junk. Anyone exposing themselves during transition will be PENILEized one extra lap during the run.
Jackson v. Everybody Else
In Jackson v Everybody Else, the flawless Sandbagger Committee decreed Sean Jackson was completely and utterly responsible for becoming lost, then making poor recovery decisions before crying for jeep pickup and then proceeding to irresponsibly blame others.
Herztler v. Hall
In Herztler v Hall, the impeccable Sandbagger Committee ruled all out of towners will endure further scrutiny during the handicap process.
Bailey v. Agee
In Agee v Bailey, the spectacular Sandbagger Committee ruled with Agee denoting all Did Not Finish would be identified as DJB (Dan J Bailey) for all future races.
Handicap
The Sandbagger Committee will handicap each participant based on proprietary algorithms and will add an arbitrary time or distance penalty matching their mood for the day.
