Sandbagger Committee will be given proper respect and adulation for performing duties required for a spectacular Sandbagger Race. Committee members will remain in secret to prevent tampering and unfair lobbying from all participants.

Bailey v. Hawkins

In Bailey v Hawkins, the esteemed Sandbagger Committee proclaimed Dan Bailey was within his Sandbagger rights to modify distances (after puking on mile two of the bike) and was not disqualified from receiving a participation mug however he was punished emotionally after being trounced by Julie Hawkins in that years race.
